Attendees are encouraged to complete their registration in advance online at RSNA.org/MeetingCentral or at designated registration areas in McCormick Place.
A valid photo ID is required to pick up your badge at a badge pickup location.
Your badge serves as a virtual business card and is encoded with demographic information you provided during registration. Upon request, exhibitors who have lead retrieval may scan your badge to access your contact information.

Looking for guidance on what to do outside of McCormick Place? Take advantage of our Concierge Services available onsite in the Grand Concourse, Level 2.5. Get recommendations for Chicago points of interest, restaurants, entertainment and ticketed events. We’re happy to help book reservations upon request and assist meeting attendees with McCormick Place navigation and general meeting questions.
To promote sustainability, most content traditionally featured in our Meeting Guide is now available on Meeting Central and the meeting app. Find the trimmed down print version of the RSNA 2024 Meeting Guide and our official meeting bags—made from recycled polyethylene terephthalate (rPET)—at one of the self-service distribution areas located in the Lakeside Center East, Level 2, and South Building, Level 1, near S100 Registration.
